Poor Chrom was found at a golf course with her left hind leg so mangled, the bone was exposed and protruding through her skin. Barely able to walk, in unimaginable pain, she was limping around pitifully when a kind person noticed how the poor girl was suffering and called Soi Dog.

No dog should have to suffer, nearly invisible to anyone who could help, with no hope of getting relief or of anyone caring about her pain. Please click on https://bit.ly/SaveChrom now and make a gift that will make emergency care for severely injured homeless dogs like Chrom possible.

When Chrom arrived at Soi Dog, our vets quickly set about caring for her horrifically injured leg. Sadly, it had to be amputated – the tissue was dying, and it was simply too mangled to be saved. Chrom was also spayed, and a lump on her neck was drained and is being biopsied. She’s receiving antibiotics and medications to ease her pain and make her calm and comfortable.

This sweet four-year-old girl was visibly scared throughout her ordeal, but didn’t struggle as our vets treated her. It’s as though Chrom understood she was finally safe and that someone really cared about her. She will receive ongoing care at our shelter, and will learn to walk on three legs, which many dogs do without missing a beat.

We could not have rescued this little girl and so many like her if animal lovers like you didn’t have incredible hearts and boundless generosity. Your gift now will ensure we can be there for the homeless, suffering animals who need us. https://bit.ly/SaveChrom
