Today we received a lovely message from Soi Dog, Adda, who is now called Joe. He seems to have settled right in and taken on role of house supervisor.
Thanks John and Sue for letting him borrow the computer and write to us! We miss him dearly but are beyond happy to hear he has made himself right at home with you and your other Soi Dog, Jack.
“Well here I am in the UK, looking after Jack, formerly Misawa, and my two humans.
I have lots of important work to do, who knows what they would do without me! I need to supervise my human when he is gardening, you will see from the pictures that I am checking out the depth of a hole he is digging.
I need to keep the chickens away from him whilst he is gardening. They sometimes get in the way, but at least they keep me on high alert. I am allowed to walk up to the chickens, but get this weird “NO” word if I chase them away travelling at 20 miles an hour. It took some time to learn, but my new brother Jack has taught me everything I need to know. Although, since he’s older, he seems to get away with more! Maybe if I start using the same sad face, I will get my way.
If anyone asks I have settled in really well! Please give my love to everyone at Soi, I owe them more than I can say.
Ta ta for now!
From,
Joe (Adda)”
