Remember precious Jayju, found by a kind woman with her mother and five siblings living under a coconut tree? One pup died, but we could rescue Jayju and the others thanks to our kind supporters.

We’re concerned. We have come up far short of projected income this year, so our biggest worry – having to turn away a desperate dog or cat because there’s just no more money – is very real. Will you please donate now so we can always help? Please click here: https://emergency.soidog.org/ert

At only 7 weeks, Jayju had already developed a common, awful problem for homeless Thai animals. She had injured her tail, and maggots ate it down to the bone. The remaining tissue died and fell off. But who needs a tail when you’re so cute and so loved?

Jayju is safe and getting the ongoing care she needs – but countless pups like her are still out there suffering. Some will end up with us, and we will need your support to save them.

Happy endings for puppies are the best! But here’s the truth: We have around 1,100 animals in our care at any given time. It is very expensive to rescue, treat and shelter so many animals – but so worth it!

The little girl doesn’t weigh even a kilo (around 2 pounds) yet, but she’s a heavyweight when it comes to being a spirited survivor! She loves playing with staff, and will be well looked after as long as needed.

Of course, she’s so adorable, kind people are already interested in adopting her. And her equally precious siblings will also likely be adopted quickly to homes our staff will fully vet and preapprove. The puppies’ mother will be spayed.

It’s thanks to animal lovers like you that this family of dogs will survive and thrive. We hate to think what could have happened otherwise.
