SPCA RESCUE: JURONG WEST KITTY RESCUE

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Noobzai was rescued as a 1-month-old kitten when a member of the public discovered his injured left hind leg. The poor boy‘s skin was torn off and you could even see the tendons and muscles underneath. The injuries were suspected to have been caused by his attempt to break free from a rope tied around his foot.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

After treatment, Noobzai was fostered by a vet nurse working in a private clinic. Over a month, he received daily wound cleaning and bandage changes. After his leg completely healed, his loving fosterer decided to adopt him!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you’re wondering how he got the name of ‘Noobzai’, our fosterer tells us he actually responds to ‘Noob’ but they added ‘zai’, which means ‘kid’, to give the name a touch of affection 😂

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We might be reaching the end of the circuit breaker, but most of us will still be staying home. Keep us posted on what you and your furkids will be up to! Tag us @SPCAsingapore and #stayhomepetchallenge
