In a humane society, one would act immediately upon encountering a suffering animal in need of help.

𝟭. Approach an animal welfare organization for help.

𝟮. If that failed; it would then be our civil duty to take the helpless animal to a veterinary clinic for immediate medical attention.

𝟯.Photographic online posting of the incident to solicit responses will lose precious time. The process may take days or even no response whilst the animal’s condition deteriorates, jeopardising its chance of recovery or survival.

𝟰. Life matters, first and foremost. Ensure the affected animal receives medical care first. Announcement and appeal for funding and care should follow later.

𝟱. Secure all females to be neutered at their earliest respective time to minimise consequential costs and damages.
