Two weeks ago, there was a poor dog i believed dump by some owner which his condition are pretty slim till can see bones..
Till today that poor dog is still staying that area, without shelter and food. I did feed him when i saw him. But i feel sorry because i cnt take care of him due to i stay at apartment
Can anyone pls adopt or foster? More photo in reply
