Mutt March 2020 Challenge: Recalling Your First Pet.


As we are inching closer and closer to Mutt March- Shake It Off 2020 challenge, we posed one of the challenges (#4: Memories) to Lillian Dinic who is one of the board members of Soi Dog Foundation, Thailand. Lillian has been a long supporter of Soi Dog and an advocate for stray dogs and cats since moving to Phuket, Thailand years ago. She recalls fond memories of her first pet – a cat and her first dog.

Sign up to join the fun and complete some (or all) of the challenges. All entries should be uploaded between September 20 and September 30, 2020. To be entered for a prize, simply upload a video or photo of you completing each of your challenges, using the hashtag #SDCanada2020 on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

The funds raised will help the ever increasing number of dogs and cats in urgent need of care at Soi Dog Foundation’s shelter in Phuket, Thailand in these trying times. 🙏

Soi Dog Foundation is a not-for-profit, legally registered charitable organization in Thailand, the United States, Australia, the UK, France and Holland. Soi Dog helps the homeless, neglected and abused dogs and cats of Thailand. De-sexing (Sterilization) has been proven to be the most effective way to help the animals. Soi Dog has has reached a milestone of over 39,000 dogs and cats sterilized! Totaling 39,050 dogs and cats as of June 2012. Soi Dog is made up of people like yourself, be they financial supporters, field or shelter volunteers, fundraisers etc. with a common goal of helping neglected and abused dogs & cats.
