Time is running out for pangolins. This spiny anteater is under threat from poaching, despite a total international trade ban. We are deeply saddened by the discovery of a whale shark that washed ashore on Tanjung Aru beach, Sabah. It starved to death after swallowing a plastic bag. 😢 The plastic waste that humans do not think twice about using mostly end up in the ocean, impacting marine life. Plastic in the ocean also turns into microplastic. Marine life consuming microplastic means that when we consume fish products, we too are consuming microplastic.
