Help Dogs Like Droopy By Becoming An Emergency Responder Today! 11th Feb 2014, by Soi Dog Foundation
Hi everybody, the names Droopy.
I came to the Soi Dog clinic after animal rescue officer Khun Sanae noticed I had terrible tumours on my legs, tummy and private parts. I got these tumours because of a cancer called transmissible venereal tumour (TVT). Thanks to the Emergency Response Team (ht...

Do you remember Korma and her pups?
Great news! One of her pups, Popadom, was adopted to a new home locally yesterday. We could not be happier for him and his new family.
Popadom's siblings are also looking for new homes as are many other loving dogs at the shelter.
Dogs can be adopted locally and overseas to the US, UK, Europe and Canada. For more information, please visit http://www.soidog.org/en/adoptions/
You can read the original story of Korma and her pups at https://www.facebook.com...

Soi Dog Foundation - Join Shiver's Puppy Care Club! 11th Feb 2014, by Soi Dog Foundation
Want to help the orphaned, neglected and abused puppies of Thailand?
You can do so by joining Shiver’s Puppy Care Club.
Soi Dog picks up many young puppies every week, Most have been abandoned on roadsides or dumped and left to die. Unfortunately only the lucky ones are found and given a second chance. Sadly these very young puppies have often been separated from their mothers and have very little resistance to disease. Due to the vulnerability of tiny puppies, sadly some do not survive. You...

Could This Be Britney’s Year?
We have a kind supporter that has offered some financial assistance towards the travel costs to help Britney find her forever home.
Britney (AKA Sophie Yai), has been at our shelter for nearly 6 years after coming to us with 4 other dogs who have all since left the shelter, but Britney is still with us….
She is a gentle, loving soul who adores attention and has a unique feature that when she is happy she pulls the most amazing face. Something that if you see,...

Soi Dog Foundation - Sponsor A Dog Today 10th Feb 2014, by Soi Dog Foundation
Domonic came to the shelter from Wat Ban Don in a sorry state. He was hairless with serious thyroid problems. Some people may have consider him an ugly dog, but he keeps growing a little bit more hair all the time and the volunteers think he is handsome and has a wonderful nature. The staff have to rub sunscreen on him as his skin tends to burn and this is important as he likes to spend his days sunbathing. He has now been living at Soi Dog for 7 years and has his own patch around the staff dinn...
