Good News, Everyone After Considering The Feedback..

Good news, everyone! After considering the feedback provided on the Selangor Neutering Subsidy (SENS), the Selangor State Government has reviewed the policy and decided to extend the subsidy to registered residents of Selangor (verified through the address listed in your NRIC). This change in policy will take effect from the 1st of August 2017.

A gloomy day today as we bid farewell to our most senior resident dog, Lucky, who passed away earlier this morning at age 14.
Lucky has been with us ever since he was a palm-sized little puppy. Three attempts were made to re-home him after he was ready for adoption, but the adopters returned him to the shelter each time as he wasn't the friendliest when taken out of our shelter environment.

Selangor Neutering Subsidy (SENS)

As of today, the Selangor Neutering Subsidy (“SENS”) has disbursed subsidies for the neutering of 16 dogs and 47 cats, amounting to RM4,420 of subsidies. Applications have been picking up steadily as we processed 45 claims this month as compared to 18 claims in the first month. We strongly encourage Selangor-born individuals to continue to utilise this fund while it is still available.
