• Puppy/ kitten care and handling demo

• Dog Bite Prevention demo

"WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?! I GIVE YOU THE CAT BUT YOU DON'T WANT!"
At about 11 a.m. today, a man walked up to our Front Desk holding a black garbage bin which holds a cat inside, he informed our Front Desk Officer that he reversed his car and hit the cat. We replied to him since our vets currently do not offer any illness/injury treatment services, he must bring it to another vet for immediate treatment. STRAY FREE SELANGOR (SFS) – THE HUMANE AND COMPASSIONATE WAY has a vision of a home/habitat for every soul, focusing on Humane Education, High Volume Spay/Neuter, Government Lobbying for humane, effective and sustainable ways to curb stray populations.
All application/registration for the neutering subsidy must be done via SPCA Selangor, and the voucher issued will be accepted at panel vets for a 50-80% discount.

We are looking to hire Animal Welfare Assistants!
You will be required to help feed, medicate, socialize and provide general care for cats, dogs, kittens and puppies of SPCA Selangor.
Positions are available immediately and please take note that working days may include weekends and Public Holidays. (Caring for animals is a tough job and furthermore a 24/7 job!)

We receive many requests for help from members of the public daily. We realize that many cannot afford to pay to vaccinate/ neuter their rescued animals, so last year we started a fund to cover these expenses and relieve their financial burden a little. If you are in a position to help, we would really appreciate it if you could sponsor a vax & spay for animals in need!
