We were at the Pet World Expo at the Midvalley Exhibition Centre this past weekend! Thank you to everyone who dropped by to support us through merchandise purchases and donations - as well as those who enquired about adoption, fostering, and volunteering!
Our chairman Christine conducted a quiz on the new Animal Welfare Act 2015, giving away small gifts to participants with the right answers :)

SPCA Selangor Food Bank Appeal

We provide food monthly for more than 100 cats and dogs, who are
being cared for by rescuers and sanctuaries - we would really
appreciate donations of canned food or kibbles!
How to Donate:

For every purchase of these giftboxes, all the proceeds will be utilized completely to participating NGOs i.e. SPCA, Second Chance and Furry Friends Farm to sponsor the spaying/neutering and medical cost of their dogs and cats.

This handsome fellow is Jimmy. Jimmy unfortunately has been suffering from Lymphedema. His hind legs swell up badly. We have taken him to 3 different vets to diagnose and treat the problem. We have done blood tests, scans, xrays and biopsies. The vets have diagnosed him with Lymphagiactesia which can only be treated with medication, good nutritious food, daily leg compressions and poultice to reduce the edema.
