Please click below to read more and to make your final tax-deductible gift of 2019. It will help give Seabra and the around 1,100 other animals in our care the good lives they deserve in the new year and beyond. Thank you so much for caring!

As we enter 2020, we would like to highlight just a few #furrytailendings from this past year. We saw so many great adoptions both overseas and in Thailand and we could not be happier to see them settled in their new homes.
Here’s to another great year full of happy endings for our wonderful dogs and cats!

A New Year’s Eve Close Shave (with Ginger) 31st Dec 2019, by AnimalCare
This story begins from this morning when Jia-Wen and Sihui had already left for the hospital and I was waiting for my husband to get up so that we could go too.
I hadn’t slept all night last night, either due to being too excited that the baby was coming today (our first grandchild) or the iced lemon tea I had drunk had too much caffeine in it. I think it was the latter. In any case, I could not sleep all night. That is why the previous posts were written at 3am last night – I ...

This Girl's Got The Gift Of Gab...and She'll Use It To Steal Your Heart! 31st Dec 2019, by Soi Dog Foundation
Meet Xoron (pronounced ''Zoron''). It's kind of a roboty-sounding name, but our sweet girl is all alive, fun feline! We call her our chatterbox, for good reason...she will talk your ear off!
Xoron can be found in her special place with the other FLV+ kitties. In fact, she'll be the first one to greet you. And if you pay so much as one second of attention to one of those OTHER cats, Xo will be right there, patting you in the face as if to say, ''Hey! We were NOT done yet!''
Xoron is one of our...

Looking to the year 2020 and the future, WWF- Malaysia hopes that tiger conservation will be included in the 12th Malaysia plan and is currently campaigning for the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 to be further strengthened in order to send a strong message against poaching.
WWF-Malaysia is also requesting for the government to set up a National Tiger Taskforce to be chaired by our Prime Minister and for Ops Bersepadu Khazanah to be made permanent so that there is long term sustainability in th...

In Case You Missed It, Soi Dog Exceeded 100,000 Sterilisations In 2019! 31st Dec 2019, by Soi Dog Foundation
We wanted to make sure you heard the great news! In November, Soi Dog had already surpassed our yearly goal for spaying/neutering homeless animals!
We are thrilled to report that, in 2019, our supporters helped us provide this crucial service to MORE THAN 100,000 animals - more than any other animal rescue organisation in the world. The amount of suffering this will prevent cannot be calculated.
The vast majority of animal lovers agree: Spaying and neutering dogs and cats to prevent unwanted ...

Thank You Very Much (December 2019 Donors) 31st Dec 2019, by AnimalCare
Time really does fly and it’s already the end of 2019!
As always, we wish to thank all donors and supporters who have made it possible for us to continue helping animals. We look forward to 2020 with optimism and hope that more individuals will embrace the practice of One-Street CNRM as this would be the most compassionate and sustainable method to stabilise street animal colonies while ensuring that the neutered animals are well cared for. Please remember to keep it small and manageable s...

The Naughty One 30th Dec 2019, by AnimalCare
Guess who?
It’s Indy. He’s been very mischievous all day.
Bunny and Pole were already fast asleep.
He put his paws up on the bench and disturbed them.
Earlier on, Bunny was asleep on the chair beside me. Indy did the same again – put his paws up on the chair and stared at Bunny until “the stare” woke Bunny up and a war crying episode ensued.
Go to sleep, Indy…

Remember precious Jayju, found by a kind woman with her mother and five siblings living under a coconut tree? One pup died, but we could rescue Jayju and the others thanks to our kind supporters.
We're concerned. We have come up far short of projected income this year, so our biggest worry - having to turn away a desperate dog or cat because there’s just no more money - is very real. Will you please donate now so we can always help? Please click here: https://emergency.soidog.org/ert

Penangkapan Anjing Dengan Menendang, Memukul Dan M.. 30th Dec 2019, by Malaysia Animal Association
