Nature Trip With SK Kedai Buluh, Kuala Terengganu

On 18th September 2019, we were honored to receive a visit from special needs students from SK Kedai Buluh, where we conducted a one day turtle programme. They arrived at TCS centre in Kg. Pasir Gajah where a talk on turtles was given by our Education Officer. Students and teachers had also gotten the chance to see live river terrapins. Their programme also included sea turtle hatchling release at Rimbun Dahan Turtle Hatchery in Cherating and Firefly Discovery trip.

Today we were invited to a kindergarten [ Tadika Methodist Ipoh ] Open Day, we and the volunteers, along with a group of cute, fluffy pet volunteers, joined in the fun.
A speech about loving and caring for animals was given to the teachers, parents and children. When the pet volunteers walk onto the stage, everyone fell in love with them.
