Today we mourn the loss of Chaos at our clinic. We as a team are all absolutely devastated and our hearts go out to his family. He went downhill from Monday and a repeat exploratory laparotomy today revealed a rare complication with a blood clot forming in the main vessel that feeds his guts and we couldn't repair the damage. Don’t stain your kitchen and dining table with wild meat. Refrain from buying, cooking and serving any wildlife such as pangolin and its’ scales. Pangolin scales have no medicinal properties and made of the same protein that makes up human hair and nails. Pangolins are protected under the Sarawak Wildlife Protection Ordinance, 1998.
