Meimei Returns To The Wild

Some may be horrified to learn that Meimei was released. But reticulated pythons have been part of this sunny island from the very beginning.
Perhaps with action films, social media depictions and even the occasional wildlife documentary shot for dramatisation, snakes like pythons end up with a bad reputation. It's time for reeducation.

Thanks to the concerted efforts of Ms Yi Xin and her brother through the social media (and yes, thanks to social media), we managed to locate the owner of the Doby mix rescued yesterday. The owner was overseas but today, her husband came to reclaim the dog with their domestic helper (whom the dog responded to).

Seeing a smile on the face of a dog rescued from suffering is surely one of the greatest rewards there is. Lamamonia was rescued from the street with a horrendous cut on the back of his neck. He was in a world of pain and absolutely terrified of everyone. His face was the picture of sadness.

Found Dog In SS18/6, Subang Jaya – Is It Your Dog? – Owner FOUND!
