This World Health Day we want to spread the message that a healthy planet = a healthy you.
It’s estimated that 9 out of 10 people breathe polluted air every single day. By looking after our planet's forests, we can help trees to lock up vast amounts of carbon and release oxygen.
Together, we can make changes that will protect forests. Buying sustainably sourced products, restoring nature and nurturing gardens are a step in the right direction.

Happy #WorldHealthDay!
Did you know that the way we produce and consume food is putting an impossible strain on our planet?
Converting nature for agriculture, unsustainable farming, imbalanced diets and wasting food all threaten life, not only on land but in water too.
By being more conscious of what we eat, we can help to ease the demand on our planet’s resources. Why not try avoiding processed food and eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables?
