Don't Let Puppies Like Lupa Spend The Rest Of Their Days In A Shelter. 29th Apr 2020, by Soi Dog Foundation
Lupa was rescued from the local government pound and brought to us when she was a tiny puppy. Lupa’s mother gave birth to her and three other puppies at the pound, but sadly only Lupa survived.
Both Lupa and her mother were kept safe at Soi Dog hospital. Lupa’s mommy was lucky enough to get adopted, leaving Lupa behind. We have seen many puppies turn to adult and spending a long time in the shelter. Dogs like Lupa has a chance to experience the love and joy of a family. She is approaching h...

Do You Remember Jute, Now Known As Osgood? The Poo.. 29th Apr 2020, by Soi Dog Foundation
Do you remember Jute, now known as Osgood? The poor boy had a type of cancerous tumour on his face. The Soi Dog vets were able to close the hole growing on his snout, but the mass ate through the bone and he was left with little holes at the roof of his mouth. This didn’t stop him from getting adopted. In 2017, he flew to his forever home in New York, USA.
We received an uplifting update from his amazing family, who have been taking great lengths in making sure he’s comfortable and feelin...

Senior Dogs Like Gara Deserves To Feel The Comfort Of A Loving Home. 28th Apr 2020, by Soi Dog Foundation
🌟Dog of the Week🌟 With age comes wisdom. My name is Gara and they tell me I am a very smart girl. I am like a dream to walk. I will stick by your side and never pull.
I’m looking for a place to spend the rest of my days.
Before coming to Soi Dog, I lived on the streets of Thailand. I was well fed and well cared for. However, the lady that cared for me and my furry friends had to leave, so she brought us to Soi Dog to ensure we would remain safe and healthy.
I have adjusted well to l...

Minnie’s Check-Up (liver Readings Improved, But Is Pregnant) 28th Apr 2020, by AnimalCare
Today was Minnie’s check-up.
I decided to take Smurfy along as company for Minnie. The two are so close it would worry one if the other was not around.
Minnie’s liver readings improved a lot. Her ALT was previously 394, then it went down to 329 after 3 days. And today, after a total of 10 days, it is 176! The normal range is 12-130 so we still have a bit more to go. But from the improvement, Legalon is working. The vet extended the Clavamox for other 4 days and Legalon (a liver suppl...
