A majority of the requests we receive on daily basis is about stray animals on the street; either asking us to remove them, or to to relocate them. Unfortunately with our experience working with strays and rescuers, relocation/sending the animals to a shelter is not sustainable nor viable long term.

Dear all,
We are going to put our needs aside today to raise funds for two independant rescuers - Hafshah Nor and Cikgu Rohani Wahab. Both are dedicated feeders and rescuers.
1) Cikgu Rohani has reached out to us for help to raise funds for a dog she is feeding named Honda. She was told the dog had met with an accident. When she went to the location to bury Honda, she found the doggo to be still alive but unable to move due to a fractured back. In her own words:

Soi Dog Foundation is extremely disappointed at the announcement by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) that dogs from countries deemed to be high risk for rabies will no longer be permitted entry into the country from September 28, 2022 🇨🇦
This includes Thailand, where Soi Dog is based.
