Dear Kah Yein,

This Mr Grey is the friend of Mr Lime.

Mr. Grey, age around 1 year +.

My friends told me that he is Russian Blue. But i wonder why a Russian Blue will be a stray cat?

I found him few months ago. But i was unable to catch him for the past few months, he run away because of scare of people. I keep feeding him for 2 months. and now he is friendly to me.

I’m planning to bring him to vet for neuter operation.

I wish to apply for subsidy for�spay neuter charges.
