Dear Dr. Chan,
Happy New Year and a very good day to you! I am wrting to you to seek your approval and to apply for a subsidy for spayingtwo stray femalecats; one tabby and one black. The tabby is 6 months old; the only survivor of a litter of 4which that I found behind my housein Putra Heights. The black one wandered into the front yard of my house a month agoand I’ve been feeding it since.
Attached, please find photos of the two cats mentioned above. Bothedwere spayed on19thand 22nd Jan 2013, respectively.
