We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying and RM20 for the vaccination of this female cat.

Dear Dr Chan, on last August i do inform you that i wan’t to spay my cat, black female. However we keep on postponed(tangguh) until she got pregnant and give a birth on nov 2012. We already spayed her on 26 Jan 2013 (last saturday). I will email to you the photo and will fill up the form and post it within this week.
