Medical Subsidy For Klang Jaya Mother-Dog (Lester Hiew Thiam Hock & Jenny Khong Chin Chin�s)

We have subsidised RM105 for the medical treatment and hospitalisation of this mother-dog. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM45) and Berjaya Cares (RM60). Mr Kok Khee Wee has contributed another RM50 towards the hospitalisation charges for this dog.

good evening miss,

i would like to apply for a medical subsidy for this mother dog who gave birth to 7 puppies for her bad skin condition (ref 1).�we brought her to the vet on 23/07/13.

The vet said this mother dog will need to be on medication for her skin to fully recover.

she will be neutered after the Raya holidays.
