Medical Subsidy For Moon, Female Cat (Veronica Ong May Yoong�s)

We have subsidised RM17.50 for the flu treatment of Moon, a female cat looked after by Veronica Ong. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund.

Dear Dr Chan,

I have managed to capture Moon, a female community cat with eyes infection and flu and caged her up for 3 days. �During these times, I will wipe away the thick mucus from her eyes with warm hand towel and applied ointment to her eyes.

As it did not make it any good and I have decided to bring her to the vet this afternoon.

The vet informed that her eyes has inflamed and gave her 2 injections at the clinic. �He also prescribed a bottle of eyedrops and pills for her flu.

Attached please find the duly completed medical subsidy form, receipt and pics of Moon for your approval and necessary action.

All the above will be sent to AnimalCare via Post Ekspres by tomorrow.
