Spaying And Neutering Subsidy For 2 Cats (Noraini Mohd Noor�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of the Calico cat.

The bill for the Tortoiseshell is RM240 (was on drips for kidney infection and suspected food poisoning) and we have subsidised RM120 for it. Tortoiseshell passed away 3 days after treatment. We hope she is in the better realm now.

This subsidy of RM220 comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM80) and Berjaya Cares (RM140).

Dear Dr. Chan,

Refer to the above, this morning i send 2 cats to the clinic. One for spay (already send the photo to you).

The second cat have a problem – cannot eat and drink. She keep sleeping at my house back yard since last friday. First i though she have a flu/fever. I send to another clinic. But still not recover. So, this morning i bring the cat to this clinic. Dr said the cat maybe have kidney infection or food poisoning. Now the cat already admitted to clinic. Dr will check the details. I will know the details this evening when i pick up the 1st cat for spay. It is possible i can claim subsidy for 2nd cat….

Good Morning…would like to inform you the cat that i send to clinic because kidney infection are already died. (cat 2) on Friday 22/11/2013.

The spay �neuter (cat 1) already doing well. Here i�submit the photo. ( and receipt -scan).

All the original receipts and subsidy form will send to you asap.
