Dear Dr Chan,
I would like to apply for vaccinations subsidies for 2 kittens named Felix and
Tin Tin.
Both kittens are male and they are siblings aged about 2.5 months.
Their mother is a stray that I am feeding.
I am fostering them now and intend to rehome them later.
Attached are photos.
Hoping my application will be approved.
