Hi Dr. Chan,
Warung 23 is the latest case of dumping at the warung where I do my TNRM. She came with 3 kittens. I sent her last week for neutering but she had the flu. So after a week of antibiotics, she was well enough to be neutered yesterday. She was on heat already. I would appreciate if you could approve the neutering subsidy. She is currently on cage rest for the next few days. She will be released back at the warung after that. Thanks for considering.
