PAWS is truly blessed with all the shouts of support, love and care from the public. Words can’t begin to describe our heartfelt appreciation to all who support us. Through your support we’ve managed to get in touch with YB Ean Yong and YB Elizabeth Wong and with their prompt response and immediate action, we’re currently awaiting for the discussion board to take place with PJ Land Office. We’re also thankful for MBPJ Counselors Sean Oon and Peter Chong for their immediate action, advise and guidance in handling this matter with the authorities, We’re still not out of the red yet with the time extension and request for land to relocate but now there’s at the very least a silver lining for the animals here. We would like to say a big thank you to the YBs, MBPJ Counselors and you, our voice!

PAWS

PAWS was founded in 1987 by a small group of local and expatriate volunteers. Through their generosity and imagination, PAWS was constructed on a patch of land owned by Sime Plantations on the Subang Airport Road. This distinct group of sheds and a courtyard still stands today and currently homes around 400 cats and dogs.

The staff that work at PAWS include one veterinary surgeon and a number of full-time personnel. The organisation depends entirely on the generosity of the public through donations or proceeds from charitable events organized and run by volunteers.
