Cat found – now at SPCA Penang. Can you help us find the owner. Call us 04 281 6559.

This female cat was brought in to SPCA Penang yesterday. She was picked up from a dry yard at 22nd floor of Melody Homes Apartment at Farlim, Air Itam.

We hope someone living in that vicinity could help identify her owner. She came with the red collar and bell.
