Neutering Aid For 2 Dog In KL (John Cheah Kheng Ho�s)

Dear Dr. Chan,

Happy New Year. I would like to thank you for the subsidies given to my wards as follows:

10. 9. 2015 – neutering 2 male cats

10. 4. 2015 – neutering 1 female dog and 1 female cat

11. 11. 2014 – a dog and 2 cats

16. 12. 2014 – two male cats

This time I would like to seek your assistance in subsidising the neutering of 2 female dogs.

As informed in my mail, dated April 2015 I adopted 2 female puppies which had been abandoned near the Tmn Melawati mosque for a couple of weeks. A jogger informed me about them, and since their mother had disappeared, I decided to adopt them..

Both of them are now in good health and have been sent to SPCA for spaying.
