Dear Dr Chan,

How are you?

I intended to spay another two cats, but on transporting via cat carrier, Blackie broke loose and ran away.  I did not secure the latch after mopping up his urine in the cat carrier.  As a result, please find attached only ONE FEMALE cat Neuter details.

Fire is the female child of Regina.  Father unknown.  She assimilated into our tribe as a kitten.  It has been a week after the surgery and she is now back to normal.  She continues to be friendly and active.

Please find attached, the soft copy of receipt, form and pictures of before and after.  The original form and receipt is on the way via Pos Laju.  Date sent is 30/03/2016.

We will be seeking for only RM90.00 reimbursement from our efforts to neuter Fire.  My family and I thank you for your life’s work and kindness.  Our tribe has reduced from the high of 13 cats to now 5.  It is perhaps a good sign of a sort.
