Dear Dr Chan,

How are you? I hope you are in good health.  I am helping a friend who regularly feeds stray cats at Genting Klang. We trapped one female and would like to apply for the neutering aid.
We are not certain how old the cat is, but approximately a year old.
Attached is collage of photos taken before and after surgery and a photo of the receipt.
