I WAS FOUND WITH MY LEG BRUTALLY HACKED OFF

In unbearable agony, I tried to run away when the kind lady approached me, shocked by my appearance. My back leg had been brutally hacked off – all that was remaining was some bone. The wound was seriously infected and the lady knew I desperately needed help.

My name is Bayfront and I am a street dog of Thailand. Dogs like me risk our lives every day. Without you, our suffering will go on until the day we finally die, slowly and in agony. YOU have the power to change things for so many of us. Will you please visit https://ert.soidog.org/ to help?

When that kind lady contacted Soi Dog, they sent an Animal Rescue Officer to pick me up immediately and transfer me to the dog hospital here at the shelter. I was started straight away on pain relief and then I had to have surgery to remove what remained of my leg and ensure the wound was given a chance to heal cleanly.

Suffering homeless animals like me simply have no hope without you. I don’t want to think about what would have happened to me without the kind people whose donations funded all my emergency treatment and after-care. I am only alive today because of them.

Will you please go to https://ert.soidog.org/ and join the Emergency Response Team so that more sick and injured animals can get the help they desperately need?

I am recovering from my surgery now and the vets say I will then start on physiotherapy and gentle exercise to get me used to three legs. Although the suffering I have been through is unbearable to think about, I am still one of the lucky ones. I have been given a second chance at life thanks to people like you.

Please join the other animal lovers whose donations are saving lives like mine. Don’t let homeless animals continue to suffer without medical care when it takes so little to change things. A small monthly gift from you means you will be funding the rescue and life-saving treatment of countless animals that would simply have no hope otherwise.

Please help us. Visit https://ert.soidog.org/ now to pledge what you can. Thank you.
