Do you talk to your dog? All the time? It just not the simple commands such as ‘sit’ and ‘stay’ but rather talking to your dog, you know, as if your dog were a person.

Dogs understand what some human words mean, according to a study in Hungary, published in the prestigious journal ‘Science’.

They discovered that dogs brains process language in a similar way to humans, with the right side dealing with emotion and the left processing meaning.

It was only when both sides of the brain agreed they were hearing praise that the dog was truly happy.

So, please talk often to your dogs at home, no one shall call you – crazy.
