Today we are kicking off the 7th International Eco-School Conference at SMK Sungkai. The theme is “Water, The Source of Life” and it is attended by student delegates from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.

In her keynote speech, Daria Mathew, WWF-Malaysia’s Freshwater Lead for Peninsular Malaysia Terrestrial Conservation Programme, shared the tough lessons learned by Cape Town during the Day Zero water crisis and what we should do to avoid a similar fate.
