Neutering Aid For 2 Dogs In Klang (Fan Ching Hooi’s)

We have provided an aid of RM200 for the neutering of these 2 dogs.

According to Uncle Fan, these 2 dogs were abandoned near the factory where he works. He will look after them in his factory area.
