APPEAL FOR INFORMATION

On 28 January 2019, at about 10:00am, a male kitten was found covered with glue and abandoned on a grass patch along Pandan Loop. He was rescued and brought to our clinic for further examination and treatment. Based on preliminary findings, the glue was most likely from a glue trap.

Currently, he is under the care of our veterinary team.

We are requesting for witnesses to step forward to assist with the investigation. The SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person/s responsible for this act. Anyone with information in relation to this incident can call our 24-hour hotline at 6287 5355 (ext. 9), or e-mail inspector@spca.org.sg.
