An Indian Flower seller needs the help of dog lovers out there to fund a fence and proper shade for the dumped dogs he has been caring for. Spca SELANGOR has visited and will Spay/neuter the 5 adult dogs and eventually the 5 puppies. 💙💚💜❤️🧡
