Photos From Soi Dog Foundation's Post

Remember LittleBear? If you caught his story when we recently posted it, there’s no way you’d forget. In case you didn’t – WARNING, there are some distressing photos! But there are also happier photos, thanks to those who donated to help him. Please join them at https://bit.ly/Healing_LittleBear so that these rescues can continue!

LittleBear was deliberately slashed across the mouth and neck after he bit a small child. We don’t know what the circumstances were or what caused him to do this, but we received a frantic call from the man who’d taken the child to hospital and returned to find LittleBear horrifically slashed in what we can only assume was a twisted, senseless form of revenge.

He had lost a lot of blood by the time he arrived at the Soi Dog shelter and needed immediate surgery. It is only thanks to people like you that his life was saved.

LittleBear is healing now and we’re including some updated photos here. His surgery was a success and he is one lucky boy. But as you read this, other sick and injured animals are in desperate need of rescue and medical treatment. There’s no government funding available for homeless animals in Thailand. Without you, they have nobody. Will you please pledge a small monthly gift to help them? Please give what you can at https://bit.ly/Healing_LittleBear

Your kind monthly gift will mean more animals being rescued, more dogs and cats being spayed and neutered, more getting a chance of a loving home. Crucially, it will mean our Humane Education Programme can continue, teaching the next generation about responsible pet ownership. Your help is urgently needed to make this a reality. Please go now to https://bit.ly/Healing_LittleBear and pledge a few dollars a week to end the suffering.

LittleBear is safe now and will never be attacked again. But for dogs like him, you are truly all there is. Thank you for caring.
