WE ARE SINGAPAW 2019: SHUTTLE BUS ISSUES

The SPCA has received multiple feedback about the shuttle bus to SPCA, from Jurong East today. We have checked that the bus went to the wrong pick-up point throughout the day. We are aware that many people were left waiting at the original pick-up point.

We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused as a result of this issue, and that we were not able to resolve it in time. However, we will take this as a learning experience in order to ensure that this does not happen again for our future events.

We understand that many wanted to visit us to show their support for the animal welfare cause in Singapore. Hence, we would like to make things right. For those who did not manage to make it for the event, we would like to extend to you an invitation for a private tour around SPCA. Please send an email to Enquiries@spca.org.sg by 26 March 2019 (Tuesday) for us to make the arrangements. An officer will respond to you after. We will also include a goodie bag as a small token of our appreciation.

The SPCA would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming support and kind understanding on the above matter. Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
