Soi Dog Foundation Is Featured In A Music Video!

Vince Vaccaro is a Canadian singer-songwriter, guitarist and record producer. He approached Soi Dog Foundation to feature in the music video for his latest single ‘Cruel World.’

“My dog Alaska walked alongside me for 11 years, ever since she was 8 weeks old.

She recently passed away from leukaemia. There’s a lot I could say about her, but what’s imprinted on me the most was the love, the very pure love that she gave without restraint.

Dogs are like that, they accept you without requiring anything, and give endlessly without holding back. They’re truly one of the greatest teachers in this lifetime.

During her long illness, I became aware of a dog rescue organization in Thailand called Soi Dog Foundation. The importance of the work they’re doing to end the suffering of street dogs in South East Asia is simply immeasurable. There is an estimated 650,000 street dogs in Bangkok alone, numbers that have to be seen to be believed.

In memory of Alaska, please consider supporting Soi Dog Foundation. They’re in desperate need of funds to continue rescuing sick and injured street animals, sterilizing street dogs and cats, and educating the community. It costs a huge amount of money to run the shelter and hospital with over 1000 animals in their care for just one day. With no government funding, the animals rely entirely on you.
