园区目前陷入了紧急状况
Our shelter is in crisis … (eng version below)
我们面对了人力严重不足的情况，3000多只猫狗现在只有少于10人在照顾 😢😭
因为这个月陆续有好几位工友回乡 (其中一个还是因中了马票衣锦还乡 … ) 我们的小猫几人团队每天在园区打理超过12小时，大家体力都透支了，不知道还能坚持到什么时候
园区第一次公开招聘，
希望大家帮忙分享 🙏
1. 园区助理
- 辅助负责人巡视园区3000多只毛小孩的健康和状态，打点它们的生活起居
2. 照顾猫咪的爱心猫爸 / 猫妈
园区目前有百多只猫咪，需要人照顾它们的清洁和健康 – 清理猫砂盆、扫地、抹地、喂食、喂药等。

因人手问题被迫暂停收留，看到可怜的浪浪我们也很心疼和无奈，但如果只是拼命救却没把后续照顾做好，让救回来的猫狗受苦，这样的救援没有意义，也不是我们要的 … 我们必须先把手头三千多只生命顾好
*从事动保工作或许在外人眼中是伟大的，但其中面对的压力和疲累非普通人能理解，钱少、事多、离家远，时常又有突发状况，我们需要的不是三分钟热血，而是愿意为毛小孩长期奉献的人，感恩 🙏*

We are facing a serious shortage of manpower now, with more than 3,000 cats and dogs in our shelter there are less than 10 workers making their best attempt to take good care of the furkids 😢😭
This is due to a number of workers who had returned to their hometowns one after another this month (One of them returned to his hometown after winning lottery…)
Our little group have been working in the shelter for more than 12 hours everyday and everyone is overstretched and exhausted. We are unsure if we can persist any longer…

We’re looking for …
1. Shelter Assistant
- Assist the person in charge to inspect the health and status of more than 3,000 furkids in the shelter, and take care of their daily lives.
2. Cats Caregiver
- There are currently more than a hundred cats in our shelter and caregivers need to take care of their cleanliness and health, job scope includes cleaning up litter boxes, sweeping, mopping, feeding, giving medicine, etc.

We are forced to stop taking in new rescue cases at the moment due to the lack of manpower. We are also distressed and felt helpless to see the poor strays …
But if we keep on taking in new rescue without taking care of them well and make them suffer, such rescue is meaningless, and it ’s not what we want … Still, we need to take good care of more than 3,000 lives on our shoulder first.
*Engaging in animal welfare industry may look noble in the eyes of outsiders, but the pressure and tiredness can’t be expressed through words. We’re looking for someone who is well-prepared mentally and physically to dedicate their time and energy to the furkids for long term, thank you.🙏
