Caught on camera. 📸 This is the moment that poor pup, named Johnny Cash, was abandoned outside the Soi Dog shelter. His story is very sad. It was pouring down with rain and adorable Johnny probably thought he was just going for a walk. Despite this being a terribly cruel thing to do, we are pleased to say that as a result of the prompt action taken by the local police, justice was served for Johnny.
