Totally unexpected n heroic .
One of my personal cats meowed n hissed furiously years back.
I looked out of my kitchen
window n saw Puchi confronting a cobra .
She and I chased it away thankfully .
Cobras still visit our garden .
Our dogs and cats are our defenders on them .
Trust me , I am petrified of snakes . We have a young monitor lizard visitor now on top of bats , Musangs , squirrels , occasional monkeys n birds .
I rather snakes stay awake . One small one entered into the lounge last year.
