Any change in our lifestyle can begin with baby steps. You can adopt a plant-based diet once a week for a start. Then, slowly reduce the intake of both animals and their products. Consult your dietitians to find out more about the numerous advantages of this diet and see if it fits you.

Wanna explore how you can manage your dietary footprint, join our #FoodSystem youth conference in August. Visit bb4scp.com for more info.
