Just Like Us Humans, Dogs Do Not Always Like Each ..

Just like us humans, dogs do not always like each other 😅🐶. It can be extremely hard for rescue dogs to adapt to life in the shelter or in their new forever homes. Our behaviour team works restlessly to ensure that every dog overcomes their trauma, enjoys time with other dogs, and can live the happiest life possible.😍🐾🙌 The work of our behaviour team is key to make sure our beloved rescue dogs have a happy future. A few days ago, we introduced Sunny and Maya, two loving dogs who had never met each other before. Sunny was already well established in her home, while Maya was to become her newest roomie – how lucky to get a forever home! 🏡🐾🧡Given the territorial nature of these two dogs, we chose to host their first meeting in a neutral area, where neither of them had been before. And it was a success!! Maya and Sunny got along straightaway, even though they didn’t interact much, there was no aggression nor fear from either of them… and that is a huge success! 😍🐶

Some dogs come through our doors after having endured unimaginable suffering. Their trauma is sometimes so profound, that they are shaking and panting for the first few weeks, unable to interact with anyone and terrified to death 😱😨. Only thanks to kind animal lovers like you, we can provide them with the emotional support they need to make a full recovery. It is amazing to see what your support can help us achieve. 🧡😍

Please keep donating to make sure these dogs not only receive the medical care they need, but also the psychological support they deserve after a life of hardships. Donate here: https://links.soidog.org/give-them-a-happy-future 🧡🙏
