I have 13 dogs,12 of which need loving forever homes.
These fellow animals are my family and I will ensure that they only go to an understanding adopter who truly has my foster's wellbeing and growth as a fellow being at heart.
On a personal level I believe that we have a lot to learn from the rest of the animal kingdom and my furkids reaffirm that belief every single day. They have taught me patience and calm in challenging situations and how to deal with stress by taking one day at a time and living in the moment. Generally they have shown me how to be happy, which is all that I need.
When you accept a companion into your heart you are entering a relationship. To me that means unconditional love without expecting anything in return. Once you are able to honestly enter into the union with that philosophy in mind, it opens a calm space in your minds that paves the way for personal growth and mutual happiness for both partners..True Love. My kids have shown me that. Expect to learn a lot from these Furry Gurus indeed even as you build the hierarchy in your pack through dominance and discipline.
