We are a neutering society with an adoption programme open to those who can foster their rescues. Many people ask us to share puppies/kittens/dogs and cats on our fb page to look for fosterers - SAMA(Spay, Adopt, Manage Assist ) Penang. We believe every dog or cat deserves a loving home. We are very sad to see so many homeless brought to our attention daily, adopt don't shop. Every home deserves pets but more than that every dog and cat deserves a home.
