Tiggy: (Indoor cat only)
Came across a very friendly kitten by the drains near my home and because I live in a dog neighborhood I was worried she'll get killed, so she followed me home after I kept checking up on her (gave her some food and water). There was no other cats nearby other than mine.
I did try to find out if she belonged to someone as she had recently been spayed. My vet said she was 3 months old.
Tiggy was hyperactive and could not stop snuggling up, most of the time in my lap.
I brought her in, to a spare room as my other cats were not pleased with her appearance.
She is litter trained, she knew exactly what it was for.
What I learned, from then to now is she hates being alone. While quiet, if left alone, she'll cry out.
She prefers dry food to wet except for a very, very small amount of wet food but must be fed by hand as she does have trouble eating big pieces.
Tiggy is a small breed of feline, her adopted sister Foxxy who is younger by a few months is a lot bigger.
She's a black and grey tabby with big, dark green eyes that occasionally change colour.
Now that she has grown up and no longer a kitten, she doesn't like to be picked up and held but she loves to be stroked (on her terms)!
Foxxy: (Indoor cat only)
Like her adopted sister, Tiggy, I came across a very loving kitten near my home, she was utterly tiny and kept climbing all over me. I didn't need her to follow me home as she just clung to my clothes, not wanting to let go.
I introduced her to Tiggy in the spare room away from my adult cats. It took 2 days for them to be friends, then sisters. Now, they can not bear to be separated, at all.
Foxxy is unique, she's a polydactyl, which means that she has 6 toes per paw, (24 claws). She's an amazing jumper, climbs pretty much everything. And, (unfortunately) eats just about anything too! She has a very healthy appetite but will steal Tiggy's food.
Foxxy is an orange and white coloured coat with green eyes.
Even though both are no longer kittens, they still act as though they are. Foxxy doesn't mind being held, but is a bit particular on stroking. She gives lots of kisses and over grooms her big sister, plus sometimes myself.
They are very playful and cheeky.
I got her spayed. Both are vaccinated too.
Also, they are used to being in a big cage at night but out in the room during the day.
They MUST be adopted together, as they are very, very close.
