A cautious but very sweet neighborhood cat gave birth to four babies, three ginger males and a calico girl, on New Year's Day -
Nova: Spunky, affectionate and fun boy
Neo: Playful, independent, sweet boy
(adoption confirmed) Janus: Energetic, brave, curious boy
(adoption confirmed) Jubilee: Inquisitive, affectionate, cuddly girl
They have all been defleaed, dewormed twice, and will be getting their second vaccinations this week (will need one more next month then will be fully vaccinated for the next 3 years).
The babies are also perfectly litter-trained and fully weaned, so do not need milk. They do however, eat primarily wet food, and we'd like to see this continue for the rest of their lives, for the sake of their long-term health. Wet food is more likely to contain appropriate and correct type of protein and hydration that a cat needs, rather than dry kibble which can cause long-term health issues as they get older.
Please also bear in mind, that as adorable as they are now, the kittens will grow into adorable adult cats. Adoption is a 15-20 year decision.
We will be prioritizing pair adoptions for them, or at the very least to a home with another cat. Due to the importance of socialization of kittens at a young age, they will not be available for adoption to homes where they will be raised alone.
If you're interested in Nova & Neo, please WHATSAPP us on the number provided. We are very responsive on WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, Facebook and Instagram but we won't be seeing comments left here.
We do have a short application process. We also insist that all cats adopted from us be indoor cats and spayed/neutered when old enough.
